The experiment that assumed a derailment and transgressing the crash occurring by earthquake accident disaster such as railway vehicle and tunnel and ground structure crash, by using two types precision models railway experimental device. In this paper, we measure and analyze the shock of vehicles and ground structure by HIC(Head Injury Criterion). And also, we report the method of crash behavior and the inspection of accident, using the model railway.
