Abstract
In the subway, half or more of the railway are curve shapes, and the driver cannot look around the front. Therefore railway vehicle is controlled by the protective device and operated to perform acceleration and deceleration frequently. As a result, the passengers receive an inertial force by the acceleration of the railway vehicle, and they cannot keep the balance of the body, and riding comfort turns worse. In this study, we examined the experiments of riding comfort evaluation by the simulator that can reproduce the floor acceleration of the railway vehicle. And we analyzed to focus on the floor acceleration, the floor jerk, the center of gravity of the subjects and the momentary riding comfort evaluation by the switch. As a result, we clarified the relationship between the floor acceleration of the railway vehicle and the displacement of center of gravity of the subjects. As for the direction of movement of railway vehicle, we showed the relationship between the floor acceleration and the floor jerk that influence the riding comfort of railway vehicle.
