To deal with a highly accurate track maintenance plan and decreasing in the working population, development of various systems for preparing track maintenance plan has been advanced. One of them, The MTT planning support system. The MTT plan support system formulates track maintenance plan by predicting track irregularity and the maintenance improvement amount from past track inspection and maintenance results. However, depending on the track section, the accuracy of prediction of maintenance improvement amount was sometimes low. In this study, we examined improvement of prediction accuracy of maintenance improvement amount of the MTT plan support system, and tried to improve model for maintenance efficiency improvement.
