It is important to investigate how to attach DNA molecules effectively on the surface of the plate to produce microarraies. One of the ways is applying electric field. In this study, behavior of group of short DNA molecules under applied electric field is examined numerically by using the particle method based on the Brownian dynamics. Responses of group of DNA molecules to both of applied alternating and steady electric fields are shown.
