Abstract
In recent years, society shows the rise of the concern about "Monozukuri". According to the results of present condition's research on the technological skill for the Japanese manufacturing industries, it is necessary to continue the skill to next generation. We have analyzed the statue of the technician engineer of society demand from three-view point skill, nature and role. In conclusion, I would suggest that we must train the created type technician engineer.
