抄録
This paper presents a new method to measure the levels of technology in developing countries. Almost developing countries entered to WTO have intellectual property systems and there are some domestic patent applications. We have found the good method to measure the real levels of their technology with those applications. Here, we analyze Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam and people's China.
