Abstract

We have sought to make an eventful change our-self by subjecting to the "rule of Sense-able Excitation", since the pleasure of life is introduced by the changes which our active energy are spent. In the IP, the contribution to the changes become important not only the authority portion such as Patent Right for protecting the Products or Method of Products, but also creative imaging portion for Products concerning with Copy Right, Trade Mark Right, Business Patent Right, Naming Character, Indication of Origin, that is, for developing to Entertaining Contents or to activating to the Industry of the Local Area.
