We have sought to make an eventful change our-self by subjecting to the "rule of Sense-able Excitation", since the pleasure of life is introduced by the changes which our active energy are spent. In the IP, the contribution to the changes become important not only the authority portion such as Patent Right for protecting the Products or Method of Products, but also creative imaging portion for Products concerning with Copy Right, Trade Mark Right, Business Patent Right, Naming Character, Indication of Origin, that is, for developing to Entertaining Contents or to activating to the Industry of the Local Area.

The report on the machining and activity of children is carried out even in this continuation report in the new content. That is to clarify the significance and role on the effective utilization of natural energy for children by a scientist who lives in the region. The wind car is made from the pulley which drives the wheel using the operculum of PET bottle and windmill which grasp the energy of the wind first of all. The classroom in this year was opened to public in the plan for five days. The wind car is finally completed under the guidance of the scientist of the town by the coordination of parent and child. The child of participant carries out travel test of the window car in wind tunnel in the last day.

Windcars are the suitable teaching materials. Through production of windcars, the makers can contact with some mechanical elements and understand basic mechanical sysgtems. and can include various ideas. Windcars are producted by materials which discharged by everday life, such as paper milk vessels, pettbottle, wire hungers and so on. And the power to act on a wind car were mesured by scale which is manufacturing by same materials with windcars.

The academic ability of freshman widely spreads due to the variety of learning experience at high school. To respond to this problem, a basic mathematics and physics course was newly offered as an introductory engineering education at KIT in 2004. In order to improve the academic ability of mathematics and physics, various learning support programs are being carried out in this course. The questionnaire and interview of the student were executed in these programs. In these results, the learning experience at high school and the consciousness for the mathematics and physics of the student were verified.

Carnot cycle is effective for the purpose of understanding its principle for students. The video contents dealing with the principle of the Carnot cycle were already developed elsewhere. However, the current of video contents is a streaming image depending on the magnetic tape, and it is difficult to control freely the speed and the directions of the reproduction of the animation of video contents. On the other hand, CG animation contents are superior to video contents in controlling the speed and the directions of reproducing them according to student's understanding level. For such reasons, CG animation multi-media contents of the Carnot cycle engine which support teacher's explanation and help the understandings of its principle for students were developed and tested in a class of thermodynamics of engineering and the learning effects were examined by the questionnaire analysis.

For beginners in mechanical engineering, it seems difficult to suppose motion of each element that composes a certain mechanism. As one of the solution of this problem, we have proposed a computer assisted instruction (CAI) system for simulating 3-dimensional mechanism construction which can be used either for presentation by teachers or for self-learning to see motion of any mechanism. In order to have an experience in constructing mechanism, each student operated the system with one's own terminal. The description of students' reports submitted after the class suggests that they can understand a number of parameters are required to design even though a simple mechanism through the system. Therefore, the proposed system can be effective to give the motivation for studying mechanical engineering.

The purpose of this study is to ascertain effects of concurrent-education and e-learning for CAD/CAE education. We send out questionnaire about CAD/CAE to examinee after a test of concurrent-education and e-learning. Subsequently, we analyze data of results of a questionnaire. The results of analysis shows that examinees improve comprehension of CAD/CAE. The study concludes concurrent-education and a e-learning are effective for CAD/CAE education.

Spray cooling has been used as a technique of the heat treatment of metals. To predict spray cooling heat transfer, it is necessary to understand systematically this phenomena. However, since there are many parameters affecting spray cooling heat transfer and the effects of these parameters are very complicated, it is still a difficult task to predict spray cooling for this technology. In this paper, the advance of spray cooling technology was discussed.

When the war has broken out on 1941, most of the automobile industries in U.S do jobs so well for manufacturing of war materials especially aircrafts includes their engines. In U.K, also such shadow factories has done almost same way. On the other hand, in Japan, in spite of an order by the military authorities, the transfer to the aircraft production from the automobile industries was not so well. Only exception was Tokyo Gas-Den (predecessor of Hino Motors) who was a truck manufacturer. It is because a philosophical management of Isamu Hoshiko chief engineer. This paper describes how the Gas-Den could do her jobs so well.

The Research Committee of Brunel, JSME, has worked to familiarize Brunel into Japan for cheering Japan and Japanese. Brunel spirits that are based on challenge, innovation in engineering are speeded into Japan and Japanese. In order to do, the understanding Brunel and his engineering have been studied by the research section of Brunel. The research section has extended for more three years by 2009 when the anniversary of Brunel after his death for 150 years. In this report the avtivities of the research secion in 2003 to 2006, and the activity plan in 2006 to 2009 are described. Authors assumed that the origin of the standard gauge of the railway is in the interval of wheel tracks of ancient carriages such as war chariots, two-wheeled carts and four-wheeled wagons. Basing on the assumption, authors have measured the interval of wheel track at ancient ruins and ancient highway of the Eurasian Continent and the African Continent for long years. On the other hand, the oldest vehicle that exists in the world is chariot of Tut-ankh-Amen who was the Pharaoh of ancient Egyptian of the 18th New Dynasty before 3,500 years and another two chariots of the former dynasty. Authors visited at the Egyptian Museum in Cairo for four times till now and observed six chariots in detail that were displayed inside the glass case. Considering findings of the interval of wheel tracks, authors report the specifications of Tut-ankh-Amen's chariots in this paper.
