Abstract
This paper introduce? origin legend o and history of process of coffee and consider about detail from scientific view. Coffee born at Ethiopia about 9 century. In those days, it had grown by Arabian doctors and had been used as medicine. There are some theories about birth of coffee and they are not obvious. The most famous legends describes about coffee make people refreshed and heal illness.
