In those days, it had grown by Arabian doctors and had been used as medicine. There are some theories about birth of coffee and they are not obvious. The most famous legends describes about coffee make people refreshed and heal illness.

The relative increase of elderly people presents sever problems for modern society. As one example, elderly people confront various health-related problems. Development of better rehabilitation machines and equipment is important to resolve this problem and to preserve the health of elderly people in daily life. This study specifically addresses rowing machines. Rowing machines are aerobic exercise machines, as are running machines and bicycling machines. Aerobics exercise can alleviate hypertension, obesity, to sole pressure. Results showed differences among individuals at each examination, demonstrating that a load mechanism requires a load control system.

In order to put on a car, putting a person requiring care on a wheelchair, the welfare cars equipped with an expensive exclusive lift and slope were required until now. Then, the lifter new type which can make the person requiring care who does not purchase such welfare cars but has also put on the wheelchair get on and off easily from the backdoor of a common minivan was developed. In putting this lifter in practical use, the withstand-load examination at the time of the maximum authorized payload based on JIS regulation "home wheelchair lift", the impact test-proof, and the braking examination were carried out. It checked that the developed wheelchair lifter for in-vehicle loading was more satisfactory than the result of an experiment practically.

Japan is said to have an aging society. Assistive devices are therefore necessary to support the independence of elderly people. This study evaluated an Arm-Balancer arm support system developed for use by elderly or handicapped people without free arm motion. Measurements of rotational arm movement using a gyro sensor and an acceleration sensor revealed the possibility of evaluating arm movement using the Arm-Balancer.

The Akita National College of Technology, which opened in 1964, has sinceimplementedtraining tools forthe machine tools. In this study, we used a laser measuring machine tool to measure them. The turning and milling plant remain in use to the present day. Results show that their displacement has been strongly affrcted by aging, but their straightness has not been affected much.
