Abstract
We have developed a food intake measuring system. It can support the work of dietitians. The proposed system measures the difference of food images between before intaking and after intaking. It can calculate the food calorie of intake. Up to now, this system had individually realized the processes including the dish extraction, the food extraction and the measurement amount of food intake. In this paper, the combination of all processes is carried out. Moreover, We show the experiments of deciding process sequence and evaluation. We discuss the relationshop between lighting and edge detection of food. Finally, we renew its shape design of the plathome for practical use.
