Stress induced by a VDT (Visual Display Terminal) task was evaluated using magnetoencephalogram (MEG), concentration of cortisol, electrocardiogram (ECG) and sensory test. The VDT task prolonged the P300m latency time and decreased the amplitude. It was found that the latency time and the amplitude showed closed relationship with sensory test and the appearance ratio of mistakes in the task. The P300m is neural activity that relates to recognition. The results suggested that the stress could be objectively evaluated using the neural activity. It is expected that the method of recovering the stress can be appropriately found using the neural activity, the concentration of cortisol, ECG, and the sensory test comprehensively
