In the progress of elderly society, Roads and welfare facilities with universal design increase. However wheelchair user often feels uncomfortable when passing slopes and steps. Therefore it is important to clarify vibration that produce in the wheelchair and human body such as cases. We examined the comfort evaluation of wheelchair users. As basic study, we performed the experiment that the wheelchair passed the step of various heights on driving speed uniformity. The vibration of the wheelchair was measured by the strain gages which was bonded at the support frame of front and rear wheel. And the vibration of the human body was measured by the accelerometers which was attached to head and upper torso. Furthermore, we measured the movement of the center of gravity when driving of the wheelchair.
