Abstract
We developed a high sensitivity magnetic sensor using a new concept of fluxgate mechanism for nondestructive evaluations of magnetic materials. We attained a high sensitivity of 104T with a very small outgoing flux from the device, which is completely different from the conventional fluxgate device. The dynamic range of the device ranged between 0.01mG (=1nT) and 2G The improvement of the system is proposed by the differential type, which is sensitive only to the local field such as the leakage flux from materials, and insensitive to the non-local field like as the geomagnetic field, which make ensure available devices in factories.
