Coenzyme A contents of liver and adrenal of mice supplemented with pantethine were compared with those of mice fed calcium pantothenate. No differences of coenzyme A among both groups were observed, while the mean body weight in pantethine group was somewhat greater than that in calcium pantothenate group.
