The roles of home medical care for neurological intractable diseases that non–neurologist practices include palliative care, coping to daily medical problems, exchange of catheters, care for family, decision support. On the other hand, we require the help of neurologist about specialized treatment and evaluation for neurological intractable diseases. In home medical care for neurological intractable diseases, neurologist and non–neurologist should collaborate while exchanging information.
