Abstract
As the globalization of international logistics progresses, tariff barriers are becoming lower, the
introduction of ICT is progressing, and the import / export process tends to be simplified. However, on
the other hand, the attention has also been focused on export risks. The increasing opportunities for
high-performance industrial products, materials, parts, and the like can be seen. Therefore, the study
confirms that a heavy load on the shipping process in international logistics through a series of processes
of export control operations with tightened regulations can be seen. At the same time, this paper proposes
global trade-related organizational reforms, and builds a schedule management system for that purpose,
and perform its simulations.
