Abstract
Regarding the OJT training of checker services at supermarkets, an OJT training model was utilized and trial
education & training programs (early stage・middle stage・finishing stage) connected organically with the OJT and
Off-JT were proposed.
In this study the education & training program of the middle stage was tested within the training course of an actual
company and the effect was verified. Results indicate that the middle stage training program develops an understanding
in trainees of the role they play in the greater community and accelerates who the trainees become among it. The
education & training program of the middle stage was located within the group training system of the company. As
such, a mechanism was developed so that trainees could independently and continually cultivate themselves among the
group.
