The authors have studied the approach for improving the operation of public duties so far. Promotion of digital government is a effective method for regional revitalization. Digitalization has overturned the concept of distance so far. Not only urban areas but also local areas can can connect with the world even if we’re physically far away consequently . In this paper, the authors have looked back on the history about the digitalization of administrative procedure. To consider the the future direction of administrative digitalization we have conduct a study on the pioneer efforts of local governments.
