while utilizing delivery that can significantly reduce unattended redelivery, it is considered effective to
install lockable delivery boxes at delivery destinations, that is, individual dwelling units and detached
houses in apartment buildings. The purpose of this study is to verify the effect of installing a dedicated
delivery box in each dwelling unit. Specifically, it is to verify the effectiveness of reducing the unattended
redelivery rate and the elimination of security problems such as theft.
