Abstract
We propose to create a portal site for university students to acquire qualifications. And we propose
services and functions for the portal site. Our research question is: What functions are required of a
portal site to collect information on educational materials and educational services for university
students to acquire qualifications? The hypotheses are tested through questionnaires and experiments.
Due to the small number of respondents, it cannot be said that the hypothesis is fully tested, but positive
responses are obtained.
