Analyze of Intellectual Skills in Job Hunting by Consistency of Company Evaluations

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to elucidate the intellectual skill of job hunting. An experiment was conducted in which a participant read a corporate data to find his or her employment and his or her eye gaze was measured by an eye tracker. In order to objectively evaluate the intellectual skills, the authors defined “consistency” as his or her degree to which the finding strategy reflects his or her own value. It is revealed that people whose consistency are high score compare the data in a uniform manner.
