Critical electric field at which the anomalous diffusion phenomena occur in the positive, column in the longitudinal magnetic field is numerically calculated. The critical magnetic field value has been theoretically calculated by use of the critical electric field measured by the probe. When change of the electric field, the electron temperature etc. with the magnetic field is considered, theoretical calculation of the critical eloctric and magnetic fields is possible.
Numerical calculations for He gas agree with experimental results.
