Plasma stability and transport in the presence of non-Ohmic current drive in tokamaks are reviewed. Effects of the driven current on the macroscopic and microscopic instabilities are discussed. Influences of the current drive on the cross-field transport as well as the effects of the transport on the current drive efficiency are also discussed.
