Abstract
This current study aimed to provide information on the mechanism of clinker formation and to effectively utilize the combustion
ash by using a commercially available pellet stove that was commonly used for residential application. (1) Mixed combustion
experiment was conducted by using the biocoke made from wood pellets. The result showed that the suggested approach was
effective in improving the character of clinker when using a mixed combustion ratio up to 10%. (2) Next, a concrete material
(mortar) made from the biomass combustion ash was prototyped. As the result, there was no particular problem with the workability
during the filling of the formwork.
