Abstract
In investigating the traffic condition of the road, it is advantageous to use photographs taken above from an airplane or a helicopter as materials for analysis than other ways of measurement. In the full application of this method to trafficengineering, however, it is necessary to examine its merits and demerits. The aim of this thesis is to thron light on the fields of traffic-engineering, and thereby to decide its new direction by inquiring into this method.
