Abstract
In order to investigate the traffic volume on the main street in Saporo, aeriall photographs were taken and analyzed. The results are very successful. Analyzing the aerial photographs, we can obtain precise information about the number of cars, thier types and thier speeds and it can be measured the influence of quality of roads and the influence of trafic operation on congestion.
