Since a MULTI SPECTRAL SCANNER (MSS) on an airplane can collect an earth spectral radiation data instantly for its flight cource, height, date, and weather condition, those collected multi-temporal data need a normalization among them for an automatic classification and so on.
In this study, MSS control technique to get a desirable gain among bands was studied. A data normalization coefficient was given to get a relative reflectance with a reference data. And a lookangle effect, because of a bidirectional reflectance and a shadow, was studied with a simulation model and with an example.
