In this study, the torque gradient control method is reconstructed for CE high-strength bolts, and the applicability of a yield point tightening method is examined using an electronic control wrench. Finite Element Analysis, construction tests, and full-scale testing identified the torque gradient ratio as the optimal control parameter, enabling accurate yield-point detection, stable axial force management, reduced environmental impacts, and maintained workability equivalent to the conventional method.
