Abstract
From now on, the position of multi-family housing becomes more important. The reasons are effective utility of land, daily life on foot, maintenance, crime prevention, and so on. Forming the stock of housing estates in the city and technology of raising the stock value are requested. The concept regarding Skeleton-Infil housing takes in advance the view of housing estates in the future. We built up the infil using the movable furniture and tried to estimate it in this report. In view of results, to solve many subjects of multi-family housing was indicated. We think that it is useful to search the possibility of housing plan in the future.
