Abstract
The purpose of this report is to investigate the kitchen electric appliances which developing and prevailing in Taiwan .It is usual for less developed countries to be reluctant to accept foreign technique and design under circumstance, In contrast to social and economical condition, analyzing that whether the habit and taste of industrial products of consuming public is confined completely to the foreign technique and design. According to this investigation, due to the unique social culture and life pattern in Taiwan, in using of kitchen electric appliances over type and habit is different from the countries vhich supplied the technique and design.
