Abstract
Color model is a mathematical model of color order visualized in the 3D CG virtual space. Thus, compared to the traditional color systems visualized with physical models or color chips, color models facilitate conceptual understanding of color spaces by virtue of its ideal and simple nature. This research aims to present a new color model derived from the CMY color cube. Since the CMY cube and RGB cube are symmetric like R+C=1,G+M=1,B+Y=1,the new model may be interpreted as an inverse of the HSV model. A new concept of inverted saturation is introduced to the inverted HSV model together with the inverted blackness, usually referred to as whiteness.
