Abstract
This study is for introducing a town-mobility system to put a strong personality to down town in Mito Shimoichi in Ibaraki prefecture. Town-mobility system was originally introduced in England and now has been spread all over the country. This study project is not only for seeking the way of introducing a system, but also for trying to develop a methodology of collaborating for town planning. This paper is for reporting contents and process of studies that have been done by the University of Tsukuba in 1998〜1999.
