Abstract
It is stated about the characteristics and the effect with the two dimensions CG expression and the three dimensions CG expression why it is probably that there is a difference in impression to receive in the character production of the animate cartoon. Because information is simplified, there is a sense of stability of the information in the 2D image. On the other hand it reaches the level that every physics character of the nature of the elasticity or the movement character can be reproduce by the function or the program with 3DCG. A new subject in the 3D expression is how to included originality or creation in it.
