Abstract
The using condition of two-wheelers in Taiwan was investigated by means of documentary records and fixed-point observation. As the results, (1) The engine capacity which above 150cc was prohibited for sales from 1979. Therefore, 49cc-150cc of the scooters have been used as popular vehicle. (2)The scooter is overflowed everywhere in the city and has been used as a handy gadget vehicle, which indicate that it was already rooted in the public's lifestyle. It was found that the factor of twainese using condition of two-wheelers have relation with the governmental policy, function of the scooter, and environmental condition.
