We investigated the temperature range of blue phases in cholesteric LC. We studied the temperature dependence on chiral dopant, cell gap and alignment layer. Consequently, we obtained desirable property for small chiral twist power, narrow cell gap, weak alignment anchoring effect in the LC cells.
