Abstract
Based on the model of systematization of Urban Environmental Equipments (UEE), current status of UEE and three active factors - authorities, manufacturers, and users are investigated further. Several design issues are found and synthesized for industrialization. To cope with design issues, reconsidering current laws and regulations related with UEE and proposing a landscape regulation is suggested. A system that helps three active factors work together and improve the maintenance of UEE is proposed. And based on findings of the research, a systematic process considering total image of a city and the maintenance of UEE is suggested.
