Abstract
The capability trained by studying information design is considered as follows. A) Evaluating the relation between object and man, B) Arranging and analyzing information, C) Constructing the process, D) Cooperate in a group, appealing to society, E) Representing by applying technology. In order to enhance the above mentioned A) and B), we have conducted a message transmission game in the information design class. In this game, students were experienced the unusual method of communication, thus they could learn how to analyze the game results from various points of cognitive science view. As a result, we have concluded that the message transmission game was an effective method in the information design education.
