Abstract
This research aims at examining how visual interface design should be created in software development. Using the learning software of "yubimoji -the Japanese Hand Alphabet", which is one of the communication methods of deaf people in Japan, the goal of this research is the development of the most effective interface design for this learning software. The author propose the educational methods of visual interface design for a student. The necessary elements are prepared as a part. When a student creates the content, the parts are only combined and finished. A student can notice the meaning of the visual interface design through this experience. The conformance of purpose and interface disign is important in creating software.
