Abstract
In Japan, the number of support system for taking a new job in agriculture has been increased. But it is still difficult to start agricultural jobs newly. In the former presentation, we made a process and a flow of taking a new job in agriculture. In this study, we considered the special library on agriculture, "IGUNE" for a piece of the system and the tool for new farmer. "IGUNE" has three roles of the special library on agriculture, the store for agricultural products and the consultative place for agriculture. These complex roles bring into existence two effects, the agitation for agriculture and the entrance of agriculture and rural village. We expect "IGUNE" to increase the new farmer and the lover of agriculture.
