Abstract
The museum is located in various places of Japan now. However, the museum closed because of the financial deficit every year. Without positive PRs, the museum cannot be survived. I noticed present PRs were for the art fans, it was unsuitable to gather a new guest, and young people do not tend to come to the museum. In this research, it proposes that the young people is assumed to be a target customer, and their interests be related to PRs. In addition, it proposes the museum's website that cooperates with the websites of stores, a free magazine, postcards, as the specific example.
