Abstract
The Landscape is the one that for the local populace to evaluate originally, to be raised, and to be formed. Aim of this project is the development of "Process" which a government activity requires in designing Landscape. The most important aspect is the way of knowing about how local residents evaluate one where they actually live in. Because it realize a verification which verify a designed plan for Landscape surely benefit its locality (, or not).This is the first report of the case study to focus on Hekinan City.
