Abstract
This study aims to improve the function and the performance of the power wheelchair from Kansei side. Through the extraction process of the motion element guessed to be related to the sensibility in this research, It became an idea that the paraplegic person is able to regain the harmony of the body by enabling slight movement function that existing electric wheelchairs do not have. The following two slight movements were taken particular note of. UG [unconscious gesture] done for stress evasion etc, Slight positional correction. We formulate hypothesis about the motive of these slight movement. This paper reports about the development and the plan of evaluation of the experimental device to reproduce these slight movements.
