Host: Japanese Society for the Science of Design
The subject of this study is the Bryant Park. This study explains on actual condition of combinations of elements and its location in the park. Those combinations of elements and its location are done by a planning concept called “Placemaking” to make place for variety of people and variety of use in a center of town. And this study specially focuses on movable chairs as primary element and considers about ways of making comfortable place with other elements in the park, then shows those findings on figures and tables.
