Abstract

This paper introduces a outcome of the service design project at Information Design learning program. The service created is allow people enjoy their night. Also we discuss process of the design and what we have learned. We noticed that the viewpoint as the provider became negligent because we thought about service in the viewpoint of the user. In addition, the user who met service for the first time was able to see what the person whom I designed overlooked. It led to having design mind to notice the importance of the user center viewpoint.
The future problem is to get an opinion from a person watching designed service for the first time. And, as well as a design of the service itself, it is to do a design until an encounter and the completion with the service of the user. It is to design service including a provider as well as a user.
