Abstract

Web design construction of PHR (Personal Health Record) system that provides medical treatment and healthy service and manages health information was performed in this research. GUI design guideline was written and basic screen composition and animation were made according to it. It is important to understand that it is a system by which everyone can receive better health and medical service, and to raise information literacy.
