Abstract
A survey on the visitors's evaluation of the exhibition design of the Reptiles and Amphibians Museum in Sapporo Maruyama Zoo was held in 2012 winter. There are six concepts through the exhibition design of each tank such as "beautifulness and diversity of animals". 62 subjects answered the questionnaires, and voted their favorite or not to the boxes in front of each tank. 93 % of visitors feel "beautifulness and diversity of animals". 83 % of the local repeat visitors feel "well-breeding technic". Based upon a principal component analysis, subjects who felt fun-filled and had many favorite animals, hoped to revisit strongly. They also have a wide range of observational perspectives for the exhibition.
