Abstract
The problem for users in japanese hospital is long waiting time and short consultation time. In order to solve this problem, the students and the medical staffs cooperated and planned the HARUMACHI-POCKET. This poket was sewn to the backrest of the chair of the waiting room, and the card was put in it. One side of the card is written introduction of the staff, another side was written “how to consult a doctor well” and the memo. It proposed that it use waiting time to improve communication between patients and medical staffs, doctors.
