The proposal of the communication tool which connects a patient and a nurse

Abstract

It aims at the thing of the tool for supporting communication with the patient the nurse is in for which a design proposal is made in this study.  Interview investigation of how on the first of a patient and both of a nurse to pass is conducted, and the cause by which both have not taken communication well from the result is explored.  And a required plan tool is proposed to structure and it required in order that a nurse and a patient may take smooth communication.
