Abstract
Digital signage holds unique promise as a means of information sharing on a university campus, and currently bulletin board systems are being developed for such purpose. On the other hand, there are many problems that need examination about their usage. In this study, we investigated the location, directions and the use by students of a bulletin board system at Nagoya University, and, based on this study, make suggestions regarding the usage of digital signage for advancing visual education using resources in the university.
